I think I finally have the family straightened out:
Col. Richard Henderson , Thomas Henderson and Samuel Henderson went to Tennessee, bought land. Thoms and Samuel resided there in Hawkins and Grainger. They had a bunch of kids. Samuel had Pleseant etc..
Thomas had William Henderson, Richard went to Carolina.. but the dude was smart and bought land from the Indians. I am guessing he split the land up with his kin and siblings. Makes sense.
So I have to prove my theory --which I have 90% proof that I have finally straightened out my line. I rock.
All it takes is a love for history and a little elbow grease lol.
